Sinopsis
The true story of a wife, her homosexual husband, and a love that transcended tragedy. Gerald Pearson had been honest with Carol Lynn about his homosexual past, but both of them had faith that marriage and devotion to their religion would change his orientation. Love would conquer all. Then, after eight years of apparent happiness and the birth of four children, Gerald was no longer able to deny what he considered to be his essential self. Acerca del autor
Carol Lynn Pearson lives in northern California and has authored more than 40 books and stage plays. Many of her poems have been widely reprinted in such places as the Ann Landers column and Chicken Soup for the Soul, as well as college literary textbooks. In addition to Goodbye, I Love You, the story of her life with her husband, her books include Consider the Butterfly, a finalist in the inspiration/ spiritual category of the 2002 Independent Publishers Book Awards; The Lesson; A Stranger for Christmas; and a one-woman play, Mother Wove the Morning.
