This annual ran from 1888 to 1946, with no issue published 1915-18 and 1940-45. From 1947 onwards it took the title Sunday Chronicle Cricket and Golf Annual. Approximately 5 ½ inches tall. Condition Report Externally Spine good condition black title, worn with paper loss revealing the gatherings of pages beneath. Joints good condition worn with some cracking to the front. Corners good condition bottom right hand corner is turning upwards. Boards good condition original printed wrappers, green with red text to the front, advertisements to the rear, gently worn. Page edges good condition tanned. See above and photos. Internally Hinges good condition stapled, some cracking and separation between p 190 and 191. Paste downs good condition front and rear have advertisements and are tanned. End papers good condition front end paper has Cecil Parkin advertisement, there is no rear end paper. Title good condition b/w picture of E Hendren, (Middlesex and England), tanned. Pages good condition between pages 96 and 97 there is a plate showing Beneficiaries Of the Season on one side and H W Taylor the reverse, tanned throughout. Binding good condition sound.
