1961 first edition. Size octavo, 8.5" tall, 308 pages. Maroon hard cover with gilt titles to the spine, end-papers printed with map of The Neighbourhood in 1949, with the dust jacket. Book condition very good, small scratch to the front cover, hinges a bit loose, offsetting from an old bookmark to the front end-paper, previous owner's name to the front end-paper, slight toning to pages. Dust jacket condition good, corners and edges rubbed, spotting to the inside of the jacket working through to the outside, not price clipped.
