Acerca del autor: David Bailey is Lecturer in Economics in the Research Centre for Industrial Strategy, University of Birmingham Business School. His research interests cover issues in industrial strategy, particularly policy towards transnational corporations. George Harte is Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Edinburgh. A Chartered Accountant, his main research interests are social auditing, the use of accounting information in ethical and environmental investments and in economic regulation. Roger Sugden is Director of the Research Centre for Industrial Strategy and Senior Lecturer in Industrial Economics at the University of Birmingham Business School. He has published widely in the area of industrial economics, particularly on transnational corporations.
