Descripción del artículo del vendedor

"Each one of Charles Dew's books has helped shape the conversation on the history of race in this nation. His new book, which combines an honest autobiography of life in the 1950s with a sobering account of archival history and reck-oning, is a characteristically eloquent reflection. Dew allows us to understand just how deeply racial thinking saturated white southerners who were otherwise admirable people. Charles Dew is one of our wisest and most humane historians." A like-new, unread, unused book in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages. Cover has no visible wear, no missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no writing in the margins. Spine and both covers are in perfect condition. See pictures for details.

Descripción de la tienda

Hello and welcome to Grace’s Great Books!! I absolutely love collecting used books, and I wanted to open up my collection to other people that might be interested in finding used/vintage books without the hassle of hunting for them in stores. All the books in my collection are in very good used condition, and I’m sure I have at least one for anybody’s interests! I tend to gravitate more towards nonfiction, but I also really love old children’s books as well. I believe there is so much knowledge stored in these books, and I want to give them a second chance at life and to be enjoyed by new readers. I am always adding new titles to my inventory so I encourage you to check out my bookstore listings often.…
