She was one of the 55 (out of 81) who graduated. From an on-line posting: "The Honorable Stephen M. Duncan, served as Assistant Secretary of Defense in the administrations of two Presidents, and as the senior Department of Defense counterdrug official. In addition to his service at the Pentagon, Mr. Duncan has served as the Director of the Institute for Homeland Security Studies at the National Defense University, as a senior executive in two advanced technology companies, and as a federal criminal prosecutor. He is a combat veteran of the war in Vietnam and retired from the Navy with more than 41 years of active and reserve service. Mr. Duncan received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts Degree in Government from Dartmouth College, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Colorado School of Law."
