hardback, 12mo, 7" x 4 1/2", recently rebound in full calf and new endpapers, lettered and dated in gilt to the spine, a facsimile of Abraham Crocker's trade card to the front free endpaper. The pictorial title page is dated 1806 , as is the foot of the spine but the Dedication is mistakenly dated 1809. Pictorial title page, folding colour frontis plan of an estate, b&w plates of which two are folding. The title and two of the plates have water stains, the remainder with the usual foxing and browning. Signature of a previous owner, James Gregory, dated 1809 to the front blank, xii + 312 pp. N° de ref. del artículo 267430
