This issue is on the theme of "Power" and includes: a photo-essay by Rob Hornstra including the front and back covers; an interview with Philip Zimbardo, the Stanford psychology professor known for his infamous 1971 Prison Experiment; how the new social power of marketing can transform business; ten innovative clean-tech and energy startups to watch; seven design researchers write about their unusual and wonderful discoveries on the job; how designers can influence behavior; do you have to look a certain way to be powerful?; why small and simple ideas sometimes bring the most success; when social networking becomes social stress; and much more. Bound-in is a 16-page booklet with an excerpt from a book by the legendary designer and frog founder Hartmut Esslinger. Edited by Sam Martin. Perfect-bound, stiff wraps, with dos-a-dos covers; 80 pages; color and b&w throughout; 8.25 x 10.25 inches. Condition: Fine paperback magazine.
