Reencuadernado en forma cartone de manera casera, con titulo y autor escrito a mano. El texto esta impecable., En 1859 el Imperio le encomienda la redacción de un anteproyecto de Código Civil (Esboço de un Código Civil para o Brasil). Esta obra, conocida también como Esbozo de Freitas, quedó inconcluso luego del artículo 4.908 y fue publicado en varias entregas entre 1860 y 1865. Este tomo se trata de la primera entrega. Llega hasta el articulo 3042. Esta obra fue uno de los antecedentes del codigo civil de Velez Sarsfield. Primera edicion. N° de ref. del artículo TC14846
