Millions of people suffer from Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other degenerative brain disorders. Although these are widely believed to be unpreventable conditions, Dr. Zaldy S. Tan has developed a revolutionary plan that can slow down or prevent memory loss. Breakthrough research has identified the red flag behind early brain degeneration and Alzheimer's disease known as Mild Cognitive Impairment phase (MCI). AGE-PROOF YOUR MIND offers a revolutionary test to help readers identify memory problems and features a newly developed 60 minute brain workout the proactively targets and strengthens specific areas of mental weakness to help prevent further deterioration of the brain. The book also reveals cutting edge research on specific diet and lifestyle changes readers can make to achieve optimal mental health.
