Published in 1873, this is an 8-page sales catalogue, plus three large folding hand coloured plans, for the sale or property in Oswestry, and a Corn Mill & Farms at Meifod near Welshpool, the catalogue measures 15.5 inches tall approx., the largest of the plans measures 34 inches by 24 inches approx., The catalogue is worn at edges, and has been folded in half, with some wear and loss along the foldline (see pictures) spine has been strengthened with cloth, else in acceptable condition.
