Ralph was Ralph Sylvester, who operated with his partner Stathis Orphanos the Los Angeles fine press publisher 'Sylvester and Orphanos.' 77pp. 12mo, sewn binding in orange paper over boards backed in teal cloth with copper and silver gilt stamped lettering to spine and front cover, purple topstain.
