robin mitchells' second full length collection is a poetic dissentient against the current sociopolitical climate. covering a wide range of topics including trans rights, immigration, protests, climate change, misogyny, misogynoir, police brutality, and simply attempting to live day-to-day in a country being taken over by fascist forces, mitchells does not hold back with their rage-filled commentary. perpetually exhausted and always a bit mad is a rebellion within itself, a reminder that the battle isn't over as long as we keep fighting. as chuck tingle would say, love is real.
