This only applies to orders placed directly with us. We accept payment by Visa,
Mastercard, or thru PayPal. Cheques and Money Orders are accepted only from
customers within Australia, and must be made payable to "N Smiles". All books
with dust jackets are fitted with removable Brodart dust jacket protector
sleeves. Paperbacks are stored in clear poly bags. All books are packed in a
suitable manner to ensure their arrival in the same condition as advertised.
Shipping by economy air unless requested otherwise. Our grading for Paperback
Books -

Very Fine (VF) - The paperback is just as it came off the press. It is perfect.
This condition is rarely seen.

Fine (FN) - The paperback is almost perfect. It has a crisp, bright, unfaded
cover. If there was original plastic lamination, it is still intact. The spine
is clean, square, and tight while the pages are almost entirely white. A slight
darkening due to age is acceptable, but otherwise the book is virtually a
perfect copy.

Near Fine (NF) - The paperback has very minor defects. The entire book is clean
and fresh, with no major signs of wear. There may be VERY slight fading of the
spine or cover, or perhaps VERY minor abrasion along the exterior extremities.
There is no owner inscription or other markings in the book.

Very Good Plus (VG+) - There may be evidence of slight wear. The book has
probably been carefully read once or twice with the result of a slight crease
along the edge of the cover near the spine. On the spine you will see minor
stress lines, but the binding is still tight. If there was original cover
lamination it may be slightly peeling at the corners. There may be slightly
faded edge staining. The pages are almost entirely white, but browning around
the edges is acceptable. The cover has no major creases or wrinkles, but very
slight color flaking or minor wear may be noticeable on the outer edges. The
paperback is a very good readable copy even with very MINOR indications of wear.
If there is an owner inscription or other marking in the book they will be noted
in the description.

Very Good (VG) - It has obviously been read, but the paperback remains a fairly
tight copy. There will be noticeable peeling in spots of plastic lamination (if
present), and there are slight creases in the cover. While the pages are fairly
fresh, there may be some browning. Several readings have bent the spine, but it
is not torn or broken. Minor wear spots, chipping, and abrasion are noticeable
and the cover sheen and gloss have faded. Tape repairs or tears in the spine are
NOT acceptable, but there may be very minor splits in the spine at the very top
or bottom.

Good (GD) - This is your average used paperback. There are creases and bends in
the faded cover. The book is complete with no missing pages and no piece of the
cover is missing. The spine could be rolled or loose, and could possibly be
splitting on either end, but is still intact. Some pages may have minor tears
and although the copy has been read several times, it is holding together quite
well.

Fair (FR) - This paperback may be soiled and has been heavily read, but it
remains complete and readable. The spine is probably rolled, and it is
likely that the cover and/or pages have tears. Damage from stains or the
elements may be present making this a reading copy only.

Poor (PR) - Very heavily worn, soiled, and damaged, but text complete.

El periodo de desistimiento vencerá a los 14 días desde que usted, o un tercero que no sea el transportista e indicado por usted, adquiera la posesión física del último bien o del último lote o pieza.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, complete de forma electrónica y envíe una declaración clara en nuestro sitio web, desde "Mis compras" en "Mi cuenta". Le enviaremos sin demora un acuse de recibo de dicho desistimiento a través de un soporte duradero (por ejemplo, por correo electrónico).

Para cumplir con el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que venza el periodo de desistimiento.

Efectos del desistimiento

Si rescinde este contrato, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, incluidos los gastos de envío (excepto los gastos adicionales que surjan si elige un tipo de envío que no sea el tipo de envío estándar más económico que ofrecemos).

El plazo se cumple si devuelve la mercancía antes de que venza el periodo de 14 días. Tendrá que asumir los gastos directos de devolución de los bienes. Usted solo es responsable de la disminución del valor de los bienes como resultado de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los bienes.

Excepciones al derecho de desistimiento
