This volume is signed by the artist, Thomas Seawell, on the title page. Laid in is an errata slip, and a letter to a patron from of a Syracuse art gallery indicated this book had been signed for the patron and inviting them to an exhibit of Thomas Seawell's exhibit. The typed letter is signed by the owner of the gallery. The covers show some loss of color and the spine is sneed. Additionally, there is a stain to the top right corner of the book along the edges. However, the stain is not seen internally on any of the text pages, although it is present on the letter from the gallery. One of the illustrations, "The House," folds out into a two page image, there are not tears to the folds. There is also some light rubbing to the back cover. N° de ref. del artículo SpSi355
