64 p.; 18.5 cm. (Living church books) `On All Saints' Day, 1961, an Open Letter addressed to the Archbishops of Centerbury and York by 32 members of the Church of England appeared in the Press. In all essentials, however, what is printed here is what was recorded as we sat round the table. We met in order to learn from each other in the process. I think it can be claimed that where it had not already done so acquaintance began to ripen to trust and friendship which is not surprising.' (p. 11 f.)
