This attractive copy is bound in a full cloth binding, with a gilt crest to the front board. Collated complete. With 12 full page illustrations and 27 in-text illustrations. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally sound. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine, with small splits to the cloth. Light patches of rubbing the extremities, and fading to the spine. Small pen mark to the front board towards the fore edge, with light spots to the fore edge. Internally firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with light age toning to the first and last pages. Very Good. book.

A slight lean. Hinge starting with cords showing after the blank but firm. Minor rubbing to the extremities of the rear end papers. Internally firmly bound with bright and generally clean pages with the odd mark and very light offsetting to the first few pages. The odd small closed tear. Good. book.
