Inside front is "Los Angeles Limited" menu front affixed, to inside back, a copy of the menu itself affixed. Throughout the 240+ pages are color and black and white photographs tipped in, including of locomotives, the Union Pacific buildings, porters, chefs in the dining car, guests from the 1940's in the cars, etc. etc. etc. A great piece for the railroad enthusiast - equally interesting for the many recipes and instructions to staff. In surprisingly Near Fine condition, with no markings or flaws.

Date of printing is unknown. Possibly a facsimile but unsure. Sandra Bieker stamped in gilt at lower corner of front cover. Clean. Like new condition.
