Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Binding slightly loose. A previous owner's name to front free endpaper in pen, dated 1935. Boards have moderate shelf wear with some rubbing, fraying and corner bumping. Some moderate marking and tanning, particularly to spine. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains brighter on front.
