If you heard or read the United Nations speech by Mr. Khrushchev you will discover that he is proposing the dismantling of West Point, of mustering out the Red Army and pulling the fuses on all bombs of every kind" - "I said earlier that the tonnage of commentary has begun to be published and it adds up, above all else, to the charge that the Soviet chairman was indulging in brilliant and devastating propaganda. So he was! Indeed he was! He was using every talent and power he possesses - and he has many - to persuade governments to catch up, as Mr. Eisenhower has suggested, with the conscience of the people of the world. He was threatening, he was warning, he was lighting signals, he was Paul Revere mounting a jet-powered horse. He was saying the devils of destruction are upon us!"
