Añadir al carritoFirst Edition. First edition thus: presumably published as a reading or study guide for Mann's book which retells the biblical story of Joseph. The production quality of this slender volume would seem to indicate it was published by a large U.S. publishing house -- presumably Knopf, or perhaps the Book-of-the-Month club. Slender… 8vo off-white stapled paperwraps printed in deep blue; lettered and ruled in black on front; no title page, nor indication of publisher or date of publication; inside rear cover states "Printed in U.S.A."; unpaginated. About very good with light rubs and creasing, few small tears, front corners nicked, and narrow chip to lower rear corner. Scarce to rare, with OCLC locating only 4 other copies. AN INTERESTING ACCOMPANIMENT TO THE NOBEL PRIZE-WINNING AUTHOR'S BOOK.
