Jones who was the former head conservator at the Fogg Museum and who served 22 years as head of the Conservation Department of the Harvard Art Museums. The three articles here for sale are all inscribed to her on the covers. Take a look at the photographs. The one from Robert R. Wark says 'With all good wishes, Bob Wark'. The one from Heather Lechtmann says 'Betty- With kind regards, Heather'. The one from Caroline Houser says 'to Betty with appreciation Caroline'. The pages of all three reprinted articles are in very good condition, very clean, and without any markings or writing. The cover of Is it from the Parthenon? has some yellowish soiling at the bottom of its front. The cover of the article by Robert Wark has some age darkening at the margins. 'Robert R. Wark was a Canadian art historian who was curator of the Huntington Museum of Art from 1956 to 1990. He is known for editing the authoritative 1959 edition of Joshua Reynolds's Discourses on Art.' Caroline M. Houser is a Professor of Art at Smith College. Heather Lechtman is an 'American materials scientist and archaeologist, and Director, Center for Materials Research in Archaeology and Ethnology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology'.
