A single folded sheet 5½" x 3¾", with a tipped-in illustration of Bewick's engraving entitled 'Waiting for Death' on the second of the four pages. A prospectus in Fine condition, now in a clear, archival-quality, protective display pocket.

A book in Fine condition, now with a clear, archival quality, protective dust-jacket fitted to the book. In addition, there were 100 special copies including an original print of Waiting for Death, made by Iain Bain, signed by him and housed in a chemise.
