Añadir al carritoOctavo, single folded leaf, 4 pp. World War I era leaflet urging the men of New York State to vote for woman suffrage on election day and "give votes to women as part of the nation's defense." The text lists the countries that had granted women the right to vote in the last four years with "comparatively little effort", whilst the women of New York toiled on a "continuous campaign for Woman Suffrage." The leaflet also makes the argument that women are entitled to vote as "this war has proved that women must serve the state equally with men.The government is calling on women to help in factories in the production and conservation of food, to make munitions, and hardest of all, to give their sons to war." A nice copy with a hint of toning.
