Canadian author's first book, a darkly comic novel. Inscribed by author on front free endpaper "Michael / in friendship and with gross Hollywooden affection! / Ken / April 27, 1973". Also laid-in is a handwritten letter by author, dated 1977, to a Mr. Fraser of Edmonton, for consideration of this novel. Signed by Author.
