The H.P.L. was opened in the Town Hall in 1902 and this book is numbered #608 in the library collection, making it one of the very first books shelved in the library. Reverend Franci's signature is on the second page. The book is profusely illustrated and has only a near perfect "Public Library" label on the inside cover, and a fold-out "Rules and Regulations" in near-perfect condition.
