This 5.875 x 8.875 inch, 102 page hardcover book is an apparent 1936 copy of this title with the terra-cotta cloth covers, with the smaller format gilt lettered title enclosed in the smaller gilt frame on the front panel and with no printing information given on the title or copyright pages beyond ?Copyright, 1936, By Robert Frost.? This copy is in near fine condition with the covers showing a touch of fading to the gilt spine lettering and a very minor bumping to the lower corners but beyond that the text pages are in at least near fine condition with only a touch of age-toning to the pages. This title?s first edition format is slightly different than the later printings, although this copy is probably a later printing of that first edition. This copy lacks any dust jacket but this is the book for which Frost received his third Pulitzer Prize. 102 pages.
