We are not able to find a review of this particular show, but we are able to locate a mention of the work by the same drama company. The Salt Lake Herald printed on April 15, 1896: "Passion's Slave," under the direction of Mr. Will Houtz, is to be presented on Friday Night. Mr. E.G. Gregory, Miss Georgie Nesbit and other stars are in the cast." "Every Member of the Cast did better than did the stock company which presented it in Salt Lake last winter was there and knows - Springville Independent" - printed near the foot.
