Includes sections on mineral wealth, land acquisition, fruit culture, timber supply of the northwest, etc. With brief county descriptions and a short historical sketch of Oregon, Washington and Idaho at back. The back wrapper contains a "Map of the Union Pacific Ry. & Connecting Lines." The promotional ink stamp on the front wrapper reads "For Rates, Tickets, and Further Information, Apply at Co.'s Office, No. 3 International Hotel Block, Niagara Falls. N.Y. W. J.
