Covers are soiled and there is a light vertical fold that goes through the whole booklet. Page edges are rubbed, water stain along top edges of some pages. Pages 8/9 are soiled, & have markings and a one inch tea…r. Center pages have pulled loose and are laid in. But it's all there, quite readable.
