Normand was a French architect, designer, and engraver, who first published this work in 1819.Translated into English by Augustus Pugin. In a half morocco binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, a little rubbed. Bumping to the extremities, resulting in a little loss of leather, with a small amount of loss to the head of the spine. Cracks to the head and tail of the joints. Light age-toning to the extremities of the boards. Hinges are starting but firm. Spine is faded. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned with scattered spots. Good. book.
