With one illustration by Maud Earl opposite the title page. There is a bookseller's label inside the cover; Goulding & Curry, Tunbridge Wells. Condition: Poor. The spine is missing. Both front and back boards are scarcely attached. It is also possible that a page preceding the first page of script is missing. This is often a blank page though it may carry a dedication. The binding of the book's contents remains secure. The pages are, but for some occasional light spots of foxing, still fresh and clean. The boards are slightly grubby and worn at the corners.
