In an issue of The Geographical Magazine, edited by Clements Markham, January 1878, volume V/1. Pp (1)-24, along with the wonderful "A Language Map of India and its Border States, being a hand-colored 17x17" folding engraved map. The map carries the blind stamped owners mark in the upper left corner. Offered in the January issue, removed from a larger bound volume. Also comes with the original front wrapper, which is chipped around the edges, and is detached, and in GOOD only, condition.
