Illustrated from color photographs. Fine. The pages detail the agricultural project, crops, temple members, and more, with eleven color photographs taken at The Peoples Temple Agricultural Project in the Guyanaese jungle, better known as Jonestown after charismatic leader the Reverend Jim Jones. On November 18, 1978 the cult made headlines with the death of over 900 members, reputedly by voluntarily drinking Kool-Aid punch laden with cyanide (the origin of the phrase "drinking the Kool-Aid"), although Guyanese authorities maintained many had actually been shot. A rare piece of Peoples Temple ephemera.
