Risteárd Ó Cionga [Richard King]. who was a Stained Glass Artist and Illustrator from Castlebar in County Mayo. King studied under Sean Keating and Austin Molloy, who subsequently introduced him to Harry Clarke. According to a source at "iCan": "in 1928, Richard King joined the Harry Clarke Stained Glass Studios. With Harry Clarke's demise in 1931, Richard King became Chief Designer of the Studios. During 1935 he was promoted to Studios Manager. His contribution to the Alice Curtayne article and also being invited to craete the Frontispiece for the 1945 issue, mirrors the importance of both, the writer Alice Curtayne and Richard King. …
