While each issue is largely filled with content solicited from and provided by prisoners, it appears to also contains some outside contributions from "interested individuals." The rear wrap of each issue includes blank lines for an address and a printed return address for mailing. Topics discussed in these issue include mandatory minimum sentences, vocation education, addiction, parole, sickle cell anemia, recreational sports, prison escape, and photos of an inmate variety show. *OCLC* locates one run at The University of Delaware.
