The inside book, being ex-library, has the library's stamp and lending sheet on the inside front cover and on the first page along with the stamp of a past bookstore. There is also a smudge mark on another of the pre-book pages and at the top of page 18, but otherwise, there are no other visible extraneous markings throughout the book with the print being preserved well and the bindings being sound and tight. This book will be carefully wrapped and boxed up and then sent right away to you from here in New Jersey and it comes with our absolute appreciation for your order.

And Roark gives us "the story of men who plundered the gold of the East -- to buy the pleasures of its women." All four books are intact and readable, but as with all vintage paperbacks, careful reading is required in order to ensure that they'll endure more than one reading.
