Canoga Park, CA: The author, 1989., 4to, unbound, 54 pp. Photocopy from an early draft, with letter photocopy addressed to ufologist Robert Durant included. Stain to left edges, though it fades as pages progress and seldom affects text. Last few pages bent at lower corners. An eminently important work in the development of ufology, Cannon synthesizes theories about the CIA's Project MKULTRA with the then recently begun series of alien abduction reports and memoirs typified by Whitley Strieber's Communion. Cannon's book was instrumental in laying the groundwork for what would be termed the "MILAB" or "military abduction" theory of alien abductions, which supposes that most of the accounts of being taken aboard alien craft and experimented on are really drug-induced hallucinated memories of military/intelligence experimentation on American citizens. Quite scarce and poorly held institutionally.
