Hardcover. Condición: Fair. No Jacket. Edition Undated, But Some Signtures From 1881 And 18Xx On The First Few Pages. The Pages Are Tanned. The Binding Is Slightly Fragile. The Hard Cover Is Frayed Around The Edges, Some Discoloration, And Some General Scruff Marks.

Hardcover. Condición: Fair. illustrated with fine steel portraits, and a fac-simile of a characteristic letter of Burns' to Mrs. Riddell Ilustrador. Loosely bound, embossed, gilt decorated brown cloth boards. Tears, scuffing and marks on cover and spine. Fluid spotting on front end paper. No jacket. Reading copy only with front hinge splitting and front board starting to detach.

Hardcover. Condición: Acceptable. Cracked hinge. Edgeworn pages, with some foxing to ends. Worn and marked boards, with some damage to spine. Undated; circa 1890? Photograph available on request.

Leather Binding. Condición: Fair. No Jacket. First Thus. Two volumes, illustrated. First volume has a tear to leather at top and at bottom of spine, rubbing to extremities on both volumes. Volume I has darkening to endpapers, copperplate owner's inscription, grubby Illustrations list, with a chip missing, some grubby marks to page edges. One or two pages slightly loose and frayed to edges. Volume II is much cleaner and less used, with copperplate owner's inscription, rubbing to extremities of spine and some bumping to corners. Black leather spines.

Leather. Condición: Very Good. Full black leather over beveled boards, gilt drcoration to boards and spine, gilt titling to spine. Leather a little rubbed and corners worn and bumped. Previous owners plate, label and signature to both volumes. All edges gilt. All illustrations present and with guards. Very nice clean, handsome, set. Small 4to. pp. lxxviii, 691.

Half - Leather. Condición: Very Good Minus. Illustrated with portraits and steel engravings. Brown leather with gilt decs to spine, AEG. Leather scuffed, cloth split at edge of rear board, endpapers rubbed, several owner details to pastedowns, somne foxing throughout, contents clean and solid. Size: 4to.

Full-Leather. Presumed Second Edition. This is the nicest example of a book of this age you will find. The binding has been preserved since new in a leather jacket. A book of this age would be descibed as near fine. There has been some light insect damage which has affected the title of the frontis and a small spot at the top and its tissue protection, plus the rep. the endpapers have some slight spotting and the title page has a faint watermark along the foredge. the front pastedown has an inscription dated 1874 . the pages are white with gilt edges all round showing only the faintest of thumbing. The Dark Blue full leather binding is stunning with only the slightest endwear. , the spine has gilt decorated edges and six gilt decorated panels . Silk bookmark.
