The book (sans jacket) itself is in good condition. Some lineal foxing at the back pastedown towards the spine. Foxing at the top of the text block. This copy of The Cold War is original. There is a 2.5-inch tear on the edge of the dust jacket. Note that there is a 1.5-inch x .75-inch scrape on the dust jacket's back cover, thereby eliminating the full blurb text. Pages are lightly toned. Several pages show foxing near the spine and top. There is no writing, such as a previous owner's name, no bookplates, no highlighting. The hunter-green cloth boards are in very good condition with nary a flaw.
