Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Good. Illustrated with B&W photographs Ilustrador. The first book by the enthusiastic Dean of American Cooks, devoted almost entirely to cocktail party finger food. In 1937 Beard moved to New York from the Northwest and started a catering company exclusively devoted to hors d'oeuvres. In 1940 he published this book. This is the stated 1941 "Second Printing," very good in a fair-to-good price-clipped original jacket with rub where front panel meets the spine and a 1-X-2-inch chunk missing from top of jacket rear panel, which removes some type from list of Barrows titles, which list includes this title at $1.75. Beard knew his stuff; no jello molds here. 189 pp. including Index.

Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: gut. 2010.
