Contains notes by David Magee on Grabhorn publications not found in his bibliography. Each listing in the catalog includes information such as the author's name (if applicable), title, and specifications such as type of binding and year of printing or publication. The catalogue is organized chronologically and lists Grabhorn item made from 1917-1960. "Ephemera" and "Grabhorn-ana" constitute the last of the catalogue's listings. The catalogue is preceded by a biographical account of Edwin and the Grabhorn Press. Magee briefly describes Edwin's beginnings in Indiana as a music typesetter who worked for his uncle, his move to Seattle to set off on his own in the printing industry, his return to Indiana after several business ventures and printing opportunities, settling in San Francisco to found the Grabhorn Press with his brother Robert, and their exceptional printing skills and commitment to high-quality printing that were instrumental in cementing the Grabhorn Press's reputation as one of the finest printing presses in the United States.
