In order to overcome the issues with existing approaches, we propose the system to develop an image processing-based algorithm to extract the exudates from the images, by making sure all the above disadvantages are overcome. In order to identify the presence of exudates, fundus images are used. In our project, a novel algorithm will be developed by combining Image Processing and Machine Learning to detect exudates. 72 pp. Englisch.
