Method: A quasi experimental design was adopted in the current study (pretest/posttest design) in the period from 2014 to 2017. The program was in a form of lectures guidelines book. Data was collected by a questionnaire and an observational checklist and was analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program ((SPSS).
