The collected data are interpreted and analyzed, by statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel sheet, as it is used to indicate the sum, means and percentages of the numerical collected data. The data of the analyzed field study support the literature findings and stated that principal instructional leadership influences the academic achievement of students in elementary school in Egypt. 152 pp. Englisch.
