The Blackwood Writing for Pleasure Group is in its 4th year and is thriving. In 2017 a project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council sought involvement of the group in the project which will establish a digital literacy atlas of Wales and its borderlands. Our involvement and feedback was valued by the project organisers and was enjoyed by several of the group members. We meet every Tuesday during term time at Blackwood Comprehensive School Community Education Department. We read, we write, we laugh.
