Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition (Number Line to 1). The covers are in very good condition. They are white and perfectly clean. They have silver lettering on the spine which is quite difficult to see, gets lost in the white. If it has faded, it's hard to see why, given that it has been inside a dust jacket, but nevertheless. There is no wear at all at the corners or edges. The page edges look very clean. The spine is in excellent shape. The book is very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout. I've scrolled through them several times without finding any instances of soiling. They are very bright. The illustrations look terrific. The inside covers and end papers are gray and also very clean. I don't see any turned-down corners or placeholder corner creases. There are, however, two impressions upon the paper just off the top edge of all of the pages. It would appear that something was pressing against these two spots on the pages. I've discounted the book to take that into account. There are no markings anywhere. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. I've had the dust jacket in a fitted protective cover for as long as I've owned the book which goes back a good number of years. The jacket looks terrific, very clean and, as far as I can see, free of any wear. Take a look at the photos (i've shot them from an angle to try and outsmart the glare off the protective cover, no success with the spine). The flaps are also in excellent shape. The jacket is not priced or clipped. From the dust jacket: 'If you love paper and working with paper, you will surely be inspired by the many fine examples of the paper arts presented in this book. The variety of styles and techniques, and the high level of artistry shown here are exceptional. Indeed, each one of these artists is among the best in his or her field. Should this book inspire you to action, an extensive reference section is included with information on contacting paper artists, studios, schools, and supply sources. Never before has the artist's paper palette been so rich-- a richness that has tempted many artists of other disciplines to reconsider the new techniques, benefits, and opportunities afforded by working with paper.'.
