The author, a non-Catholic, presents a compelling account of Brother Andràââ â¢s life, beginning with his humble origins and his entrance into the Congregation of the Holy Cross. The book delves into the increasing popularity of the ââ Å"Miracle Man,ââ  and the controversies that ensued as thousands flocked to him seeking his intercession with St. Joseph. The author recounts miraculous cures attributed to Brother Andrà, including the healing of victims of smallpox, the restoration of sight to the blind, and the recovery from severe physical injuries. The book examines the skepticism that surrounded Brother Andràââ â¢s work, even within his own religious order, and the eventual establishment of the Oratory of St. Joseph, a testament to the faith of believers. Through the author's own observations and accounts from others, the book explores the power of faith, the enduring appeal of miracles, and the legacy of Brother Andràââ â¢s devotion to God and man. The book provides an engaging and insightful look at the phenomenon of religious healing through the lens of a captivating historical figure.
