The editor, Tran Duy Ly, discusses the desirability of all types of clocks regardless of type of make and addresses the conditions of cases, dials and hands, labels and decorative tablets. He also brings the reader's attention to details in examinations that otherwise might be known only to the very experienced buyer or connoisseur.
