A very detailed and comprehensive study. Long out of print. Scarce. The Book is a Very Fine As New copy showing no use. The Dust Jacket has some slight crinkling at the base of the spine which is probably a publisher's defect. Otherwise it is in Fine, like new condition. A really nice copy of an important hard-to-find reference at a reasonable price.
